The District of Columbia Division United Daughters of the Confederacy will hold an 11:00 a.m. Memorial Service at The Confederate Memorial, Jackson Circle, in Honor of Confederate President Jefferson Davis 204th Birthday (6/3/1808) and the Confederate Soldiers buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
