Tuesday Mar 6, 2018 - 5:30 PM

Alexandria, VA

At the suggestion of several of you, we are going to organize an informal gathering of the membership and their guests at some of the more interesting watering holes in Old Town.  We know parking can be a problem, but with no fixed beginning and ending time, street parking within a block or two should not be a challenge.  Just show up and enjoy the comradeship of your fellow chapter and camp members.

Our first Happy Hour gathering will be in the Palm Lounge at Magnolia’s on King, 703 King, just west of Washington Street, at 5:30 on Tuesday, March 6.  We shall be varying the day of the week and the venue as we experiment what will work for members.

The format will be to run your own drink tab; the camp will provide heavy hors d’oeuvres.  You may stay for dinner if you wish.  We shall charge a modest $10.00 per member to help defray the cost of the hors d’oeuvres.

Please call or email J.J. Smith that you acceptance and bring your $10.00 with you.  Using the RSVP’s, the camp and chapter will make a reservation for you.  Drinks and remaining for dinner is on your own.
